Only disposable ultra-fine needles are used. All equipment is sterilised and pigments used are of the highest quality standards.

Absolutely. Clients will have consultations on the shape and colour they desire. We will provide professional advice on suitability based on clients’ facial features and current trends.

After the initial procedure, you are strongly recommended to do touch-ups within 1.5-3 months. You can’t get the ideal result you desire by only doing the initial session because the result may not appear even yet.  

Especially, for microblading customers, we do need to fill the ink according to the previous strokes. If you wait too long until it has faded, we will have to do the fresh procedure again in the event we can’t see the previous strokes anymore. This will result in an additional cost for the initial procedure to be done again.

Yes, you can choose the colour & shade. We can discuss this during the consultation process.

The downtime is about 3-5days. This is dependent on whether you follow the aftercare instructions and guidelines we provide. If you follow the guidelines and take proper care, the skin can heal faster. If you know you have special events to attend, please plan accordingly.

The intensity will be reduced by at least 30% when it is fully healed. It will only be dark for the first few days. Once you make an appointment, we will share with you a visual guide for how it will look for the rest of the month.

After the initial procedure and 1 touch up, it will last for 1-2 years depending on your aftercare maintenance, skin type, lifestyle, blood type, bone structure and medications.

There can only be one guest in the procedure room due to hygiene standards.  This is also due to limited space and to avoid any unnecessary interruptions.

No children or pets allowed in the procedure room.

Very bearable. It is around 1-2 out of a pain scale of 10. Different people have different endurance levels for pain. Most of our clients do not feel pain if they follow the guidelines we provide before getting an SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP procedure. Some even fall asleep during the procedure.

We understand hygiene and take it very seriously both before, during and after the procedure. For those with sensitive skin, they will have a bit of redness due to the numbing cream. However, it will be back to normal after approximately 1 hr of the procedure.

Citrus-derived secondary metabolites, including flavonoids, alkaloids, limonoids, coumarins, carotenoids, phenolic acids and essential oils which are of vital importance to human health due to their active properties. Citrus fruits are good sources of nutrition with an ample amount of vitamin C which exhibit plentiful bioactivities including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-microbial and anti-allergy activities.

Bisabolol is a colourless oily liquid that is the main component of chamomile essential oil. It has been used for hundreds of years in cosmetics because of its perceived skin healing properties. Bisabolol is known to have anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties.

Pinus Pinaster Bark Extract (PBEs) have a long history of ethnomedicinal use. As a mixture of a large variety of substances, PBEs are reported to exhibit a wide range of biological activities, including antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antiviral etc.

Allantoin has an antioxidant, moisturising and soothing effect on the skin. It is suitable for the treatment of very sensitive and irritated skin.

Anyone aware of the pigmentation process understands that with every new pigment, we are applying an implant in the living organism. The organism recognises part of the pigment as a foreign body, so the pigment may fade but it will stay there forever. This is why we make and use an extremely clean and extremely stable pigment. It is completely clean as an ampulla of intravenous injection solution and is more stable compared to all other pigments seen so far.

This super pigment has improved industry standards with the following:

No preservatives. Only monodose packaging. Do not keep for the next treatment.

AESTA’s Makeup Artists takes 2.5- 3 hours for 1 fresh makeup and hair look. After that, you need to have a buffer of 30-45 mins for us to help you change into your gown, attach decorative accessories to your hair and attach the veil for you. In the meantime, the photographer and/or the videographer will take pictures and videos while you are carrying the gowns, and veiling pictures with your parents, photoshoot with family and bridesmaids. All this needs to be done before the groom arrives 🙂  You might have to consider all these things which may take at least 30 minutes or more sometimes.

AESTA’s Makeup Artists takes 1.5 – 2 hours for the evening fresh makeup and hair look. 

AESTA’s Makeup Artists takes 30-45 mins for makeup touch up, hairstyle change and change of gown before your first march in or second march in.

The groom styling will be done by either the professional bridal Makeup Artist from AESTA or her assistant depending on the timing and location.

AESTA uses all the reputable brands for skincare, cosmetics, brushes, hair care and hair tools. From AESTA’s experience, 90% of our brides have sensitive skin. However, there are no breaks out after trial or Actual Day makeup application. If you have hyper-allergic/ hypersensitive to some of the brands/products, please let your AESTA makeup artist know before makeup.

The deposit is 75%  and the balance is 25% one week before your actual makeup date, to be fair to other brides’ enquiries.

AESTA makeup artists will take more than 1 bride per day if our makeup artists are still available especially for the auspicious dates.

However, if you would like to have an AESTA makeup artist follow you on your big day, please kindly refer to the Luxurious package. If you book the Luxurious package, we will block the makeup artist the whole day just for you. Click here for more information

We do not allow open date bookings. Please let us know the confirmed date and makeup ready time.

If you would like to change timings, you can change +/- 30 mins only provided the assigned makeup artist is available.

If you have booked the Luxurious package, you can confirm the timings and locations after you have confirmed everything closer to your Actual Day date.   

If you need the Makeup Artist to follow you throughout your wedding day, you can choose the Luxurious package which includes 4 looks + trial as well

For bridal makeup, we do not charge extra for ampoules. It is included.

For the pax makeup, the makeup artist will use suitable skincare for your client. 

Yes, you can try 1 makeup and 1 hair trial according to the Makeup Artist’s ala-carte trial rate which is stated as an optional service. 🙂 

As AESTA’s usual practice, it is required to confirm the package right after the trial is done then we will offset the trial fees from the package. If you would like to confirm after you have left our studio, we will charge separately for both the package and ala-carte trial fees.

It takes at least 3 hrs-4hours for a detailed consultation, the demo for makeup & hairdo.

The trial makeup and hairstyle will be just the demo for your Actual Day and it is not for other purposes. 

The Makeup Artist will remove the hair and makeup after the trial.

The trial makeup is usually done for 1 makeup look & hairstyle. If you would like to do all 3 hairstyles, there will be additional charges of $100/per hairdo.

The price includes the makeup artist’s transportation for the makeup location within mainland Singapore. There will be an additional surcharge if the makeup location is at Sentosa, Changi, Tuas and off-islands. Please refer to this <Link to actual day surcharge> If it is overseas or outside of Singapore, it is required to provide transportation cost, accommodation, etc. for the artist.

Yes, the Makeup Artist or her assistant artist will help you to wear the gown. 🙂

All the rates are fixed price and standard rate. 🙂 The Makeup Artist’s schedule will be fully booked and focused on you. She cannot give her time to another bride although it is a simple hairstyle. Every bride usually does the hair down or half up half down from the bun-up during the ACS. Therefore, we are not able to reduce the fee for changing style.

We can provide the trial makeup and hairstyle for your mother. The trial fee is the same as the actual day makeup rate. The trial makeup would be at our studio.

We only accept the payment via bank transfer/ paynow/ paylah/ cash payment. Currently, we do not allow for credit card payment for a professional bridal makeup package booking.

We do not allow downgrading of the package after you have booked. This is because we have reserved the allocated slot for you and have released other business opportunities. Please only book the confirmed numbers of looks.
