FAQ
Where is the location of eyebrow embroidery services?
The studio is located at 7500A Beach Rd, The Plaza, #09-321, Singapore 199591Can you come to my place?
Quite a number of professional tools and equipment are required to properly carry out the procedure. The studio is therefore ideally set up for the artist to access such necessary tools in the most convenient way. Clients can enjoy AESTA SPMU eyebrow embroidery services only at her studio at AESTA SPMU which is also easily accessible by taxi, MRT, or buses. You can easily search from google map either AESTA SPMU or AESTA Makeup.
Can I do on Friday night or weekend?
Our Principal Artist Esta’s weekends are usually fully booked with wedding make-up assignments, which require her to get ready very early in the mornings like (1- 2 am) of Saturdays and Sundays. Clients are requested to check with Esta in advance for any available slot with additional $100 per session.
How long does the procedure take?
First-time procedure requires at least 4 hours and the second-time touch-up takes 2-3 hours. Since eyebrow embroidery usually lasts 1-2 years, it is recommended to allow sufficient time for discussion on the shapes and colour of desire and suitability and also to allow the artist to complete the details in the strokes.
When is the last slot of the day?
The last slot for each day is 3:30 pm as our studio close at 7:30 pm.
Will you use the new blade?
Only disposable ultra-fine needles are used. All equipment are sterile and pigments are of highest standards.
Can I choose the brow shape?
Absolutely. Clients will have consultations on shape and colour of their desire. Esta will provide her professional advice on suitability based on clients’ facial features and current trends.
When should I do touch up?
After the fresh procedure, the touch up is strongly recommended to do within 1.5-3 months. You can't get the good result by doing only 1 time and it will be uneven as well.
Especially, for microblading customers, we do need to fill the ink according to the previous strokes. If you wait too long until fade off, I have to do the fresh procedure again in case I can't see the previous strokes anymore. The payment will be charged as the fresh procedure.

Yes, you can choose the colour & shade. We can discuss during the discussion time.
we will definitely recommend you the safe and best color according to your skin condition and your skin tone. However, if you choose lighter color than our recommendation, you might find that it is very light than what you have expected even after twice. In that case, you can choose the option for the additional touch up with additional charges. Please kindly check the rates under extra touch up FAQ.What's the downtime?
The downtime is about 3-5days. Depending on how you do aftercare procedure and what color you choose. If you can take care of well and follow the guidelines, it can be healed faster. If you know you have special events to attend, please plan accordingly.
Is it very dark?
The intensity will be reduced by at least 30% when it is fully healed. It will be dark for the first few days only.
How long does it last?
After 1 fresh and 1 touch up, it will last for 1-2 years depending on the client's aftercare procedure, skin type, lifestyle, blood type, bone structure and medications.
Can I bring my friends/family members along?
Only 1 person can be allowed as our studio size is very tiny.
We only accept the booking based on advanced appointments. There can only be one client in the procedure room due to hygiene, limited spacing and to avoid any interruptions.
Can I bring my pets or my child?
No children or pets allowed in the procedure room.
Is it painful?
Very bare-able and it is like 1-2 out of 10. Different people have different endurance level of pain. Most of my clients do not feel pain if they follow my guideline before the procedure. Some even fall asleep during the procedure.
Will I have acne in that area after the procedure?
It is a very good question. I understand hygiene is a very important fact and I take note of it before and during the procedure. For those sensitive skin, people will have a bit of redness due to the numbing cream. However, it will be back to normal just after or after 1 hr of the procedure.

Bisabolol is a colorless oily liquid that is the main component of chamomile essential oil. It has been used for hundreds of years in cosmetics because of its perceived skin healing properties. Bisabolol is known to have anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties.
Pinus Pinaster Bark Extract (PBEs) have a long history of ethnomedicial use. As a mixture of a large variety of substances, PBEs are reported to exhibit a wide range of biological activities, including antioxidative, antiinflamatory, antitumor, antiviral etc.
Allantoin has an antioxidant, moisturising and soothing effect on the skin. It is suitable for the treatment of very sensitive and irritated skin.
What pigments do we use?
Anyone who is aware of the pigmentation process understands that with every new pigmentation we apply an implant in the organism. The organism recognises a part of the pigment as a foreign body, so the pigment may fade but it will stay there forever. This is why our preceding vision was to make extremely clean and extremely stabile pigment: Completely clean as an ampula of intravenous injection solution and stabile as none of pigments seen so far.
